Welcome to Hampshire Dance Fitness

Hampshire Dance Fitness, formerly known as Alton Zumba® is run by Kate Sadler and her team who are passionate about getting people moving through dance!!!

We teach Zumba®, Zumba Gold® (low impact Zumba®), and Zumba Toning® (using light weights). However, we are also able to offer Zumba Kids®, Aqua Zumba®, Clubbercise® and This Girl Can® classes and workshops.

The classes are fun, inclusive and for everyBODY; we play an infectious mix of music to lift your spirits and burn those calories!

All bodies are welcome and all movements are welcome; we are about moving at a pace that suits you and your body and that brings you joy
There are no mistakes, only accidental solos!
You burn the same amount of calories if you go to the left, instead of the right. Just keep dancing!

Classes are run at various locations in Alton, Hook, Medstead and Basingstoke, during the day and in the evening. Classes are £7 pay as you go or you can purchase a 10 class pre paid card for £63 which gives you one class free (6 months expiry date).

Kate is a fully licensed Dance Fitness Instructor, holding up to date insurance and first aid certification. Kate is also a member of CIMSPA, EMD and has passed the Level 2 Exercise to Music and Dance Fitness Qualifications.
